Onion A.V. Names Scrappy-Doo "Top Memorably Unpopular Character"

The Onion A.V. Club has published a list of the top 13 Memorably Unpopular Characters from Popular TV, with Scrappy-Doo landing the #1 spot above Oliver Martin (The Brady Bunch), Dawn Summers (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), and Livia Soprano (The Sopranos). Pokémon‘s Pikachu landed the #7 spot behind Barney the Dinosaur and Urkel (Family Matters).
