Corus Kids Entertainment has issued a press release of upcoming programming for YTV, Treehouse, and Discovery Kids in October 2008. Highlights include the debuts of Casper’s Scare School on October 26, the SpongeBob SquarePants special WhoBob WhatPants, and the feature film Monster House. Paramount to Bring Wildbrain’s Kidrobot to Feature Films

Variety is reporting a deal between Paramount Pictures and Wildbrain to turn its Kidrobot line of vinyl figures into a series of feature films that will combine animation and live-action. The films will be released through the Nickelodeon Movies label.
