A press release from Corus Kids Television contains programming highlights for March 2007, including the debuts on YTV of Tony Hawk: Boom Boom Sabotage, two Rugrats specials, and the season 2 finale to Avatar the Last Airbender. Canada to receive The Anime Channel

The Canadian Radio Television and Telecommunications Commission has approved YTV’s request to create a new network called The Anime Channel. The station will carry a minimum of 65% anime and up to 35% “anime-related” content. (via Zannen, Canada)
