Actress Calista Flockhart [“Ally McBeal”] will play media magnate Cat Grant in the upcoming “Supergirl” pilot that will air on CBS later this year. Flockhart’s character is based on the DC comics “Supergirl” storyline and has her as Supergirl’s boss at the media company. Flockhart most recently played Ellen Kelly-O’Rourke on “Full Circle”.
