New Studio Ghibli Film Announced

Nausicaa.net is reporting that Studio Ghibli’s next film will be entitled Gedo Senki (Gedo War History) and will be directed by Goro Miyazaki, son of Ghibli founder Hayao Miyazaki. The film will be an adaptation of A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula K. LeGuin. It is scheduled to be released in Japan in July 2006.
