Cartoon Network’s Firebreather Premieres to 3.7 Million Viewers, Tops Demos

Firebreather, Cartoon Network’s first original CGI animated movie, premiered to 3.693 million viewers (age 2+) during its premiere on Wednesday, November 24 (7-8:30 p.m. ET/PT). The movie was the #1 telecast of the night on all of television with all kids and boys ages 2-11, 6-11, 9-14 and 12-17. The premiere was Cartoon Network’s second most-watched telecast of the year, behind Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster.

The demo breakdown for the movie was:

  • 1.770 million kids 2-11
  • 1.307 million kids 6-11
  • 1.132 million kids 9-14
  • 694,000 teens 12-17
  • 1.233 million boys 2-11
  • 991,000 boys 6-11
  • 913,000 boys 9-14
  • 545,000 boys 12-17
