Bruce Timm on Directing Live-Action, CGI, and "The New Frontier" (UPDATED Oct 12)

Newsarama’s Animated Shorts has posted a Q&A with Bruce Timm, where he answers questions submitted by Newsarama’s readers. Among other topics, Timm comments on voice recording techniques, the prospect of directing live-action superhero movies, and whether or not he would do a computer-animated film. He also comments on the different factors involved in selecting projects for the DC direct-to-video animated movies and says there will be some “special announcements” in late October and Early November about Justice League: The New Frontier.

: The second half of the Q&A has been posted, with several questions about a return to a regular television series, career advice for would-be animators, and lots of responses to suggestions for future DTV or other animated projects.
