No More Fun Time At Rainbow’s End
It is officially the end of fun time at Rainbow’s End, as the man whose company created the UK children’s animated show “Boblins”, was jailed for fraud. David Griffiths, who fancied his company InspireGLG to be the “DreamWorks of the UK” and claimed that he had worked for Pixar, was jailed on fraud charges that he bilked investors out of $1.4 million while making “Boblins”, which was not financially successful. Griffiths will be jailed for three years.
“Boblins” debuted in 2008 and ran for one 26 episode season.
