Synopsis: The artists formerly known as ISIS take a trip down to the Central American country of San Marcos to meet with Senor Presidente, Gustavo Calderon and sort out the drugs-for-guns problem they all have.

Details: The artists formerly known as ISIS travel down to the Central American dictatorship country of San Marcos to sort out their drugs-for-guns program with dictator-in-residence Gustavo Calderon [Fred Armisen – “Portlandia”] but on the way down a couple of verbal battles ensue with disagreements forming over how much rum Archer is actually drinking [either eight or 12 drinks] and who would play the major characters in “The Breakfast Club” with Lana insisting she would be the Molly Ringwald character and the boys saying it would be more likely to be Cherlene.

Once they arrive at the palace of Senor Presidente, the artists formerly known as ISIS treat their temporary home as a luxury hotel and immediately go searching for more towels and a working ice machine. Krieger, in particular, needs more towels as he only has a tiny hand towel to cover himself up after showering and Pam is using a vase as a temporary ice bucket. While searching for said towels and ice machines, Pam, Krieger and Cyril stumble upon a room full of Krieger clones who eventually abduct him.

Archer, meanwhile, has “anonymous sex” with Senor Presidente’s wife, Juliana Calderon [Lauren Cohan – “Walking Dead”] who has taken to dressing up as a maid and offering towels to the palace’s “guests” while it is revealed that Senor Presidente is responsible for the purchase of all or at least most of the one million Cherlene album sales in its first day of release.

The Poop and Skinny: Top four things to remember from this episode…

Just in case there are more than 12 people who do not know the reference – “The Breakfast Club” is a 1985 film that was possibly responsible [at least partially] for forming the modern-day teen angst genre and yet had only two teenagers in its five-star cast.

Archer either had eight or 12 rum drinks in this episode – depending on whom you want to believe.

Outlaw Different Country!

Only three episodes of “Archer” remain in Season Five

The coveted TZ Best Line of the Episode Award goes to Cherlene/Carol/Cheryl, in lieu of phrasing – “Damn it! Who the hell drilled my box!?”
