New "Scooby-Doo" Animated Movie in the Works at Warner Bros

Variety reports that Warner Bros is working on an untitled animated feature film for the long-lived “Scooby-Doo” mystery-comedy franchise. The project is being developed with Atlas Entertainment with Charles Roven and Richard Suckle as producers, who also produced a pair of movies that used human actors and CG animation for the Great Dane himself: the 2002 film Scooby-Doo and its 2004 sequel Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. Matt Lieberman, an alumnus of the Disney Writers Program and screenwriter for a remake of the 1986 sci-fi comedy Short Circuit, is tasked with writing a script for the film.
