Bill Littlejohn 1914 - 2010

Animator Bill Littlejohn passed away in his sleep on September 19, 2010, at the age of 96. Some of Littlejohn’s best-known animated works include the films, commercials, and features he did with John and Faith Hubley (including the Oscar-winning short “The Hole”; “The Hat;” and Watership Down). He was also the principal animator for several Peanuts animated TV specials, and also had credits Jay Ward Productions and MGM.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Littlejohn’s name to ASIFA-Hollywood, 2114 W. Burbank, Blvd., Burbank, CA 91506.
