by onOctober 22, 2009

The Independent discusses an initiative where Aardman Animation Studios and the Tate Gallery are teaming up to produce the first Tate movie, which will be made with the participation of thousands of British schoolchildren, who will be contributing drawings, character designs, and sounds and voices. The movie will be directed by Sarah Cox and produced by Helen Argo, and will be produced through a series of workshops held nationwide, as well as through a website where children can submit their work and vote to determine the direction of the film.
