YTV APRIL 2008 HIGHLIGHTS

TAK AND THE POWER OF JUJU – NEW SERIES
Fourteen-year-old Tak has magical powers that allow him to cast spells, travel and summon the colourful and unusual Jujus, his wise friends. However, Tak has one problem: his love of mischief. His new-found magical powers and big imagination tend to get Tak into all kinds of trouble. YTV viewers can be among the first in Canada to check out this animated series from Nickelodeon as it makes its premiere in its regular timeslot Saturday, April 5 at 10 a.m.

THE NAKED BROTHERS BAND – SEASON TWO
Brothers Nat and Alex Wolff are back to rock another season of their Nickelodeon mockumentary series The Naked Brothers Band, premiering in its regular YTV timeslot on Sunday, April 6 at 12:30 p.m. Inspired by the Wolff siblings’ real-life band that they started as preschoolers, The Naked Brothers Band follows this now world-famous rock group, chronicling their fame, friendship, temporary break-up and adolescent angst.

Season two kicks off as Nat and Alex play talk show host and interview Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden! Their excitement is tempered by Nat’s reaction to some harsh reviews from a critic – but not to worry as it turns out the critic is notorious for this and is actually a frustrated singer/songwriter herself. Nat, Alex and Joel team up to help the critic find her vibe, but things go sour for Alex when Joel sets his eyes on crush Jesse!
