"Roger Rabbit" Producer Still Open for Sequel; Spills Sequel Plot Details

At the MTV Movies weblog, producer Frank Marshall said that he is still open to the idea of doing a sequel to 1988’s Who Framed Roger Rabbit, which mixed live-action actors and animated characters from a variety of companies for a noir tale in post-WWII Los Angeles. Marshall said that the special effects costs scuttled the project in the mid-90’s, and provided some details about the planned plot for the movie. Marshall jokingly closes the article by saying he’d “put in a call to [Pixar chief John] Lasseter after I hang up.”
