BURBANK, CA (December 10, 2007)- The littlest detectives solve the biggest mysteries on the hit animated series Pup Named Scooby-Doo, whose entire first season comes to DVD March 18, 2008 from Warner Home Video (WHV). Titled Pup Named Scooby-Doo: The Complete First Season, the DVD will feature 13, 22-minute episodes from the show’s first season on two discs and will retail for $19.98 SRP. Order due date has been set for February 12, 2008.
Geared towards pre-schoolers and kids, Pup Named Scooby-Doo: The Complete First Season, follows the young adventures of the lovable Great Dane, Scooby-Doo, along with pint-sized versions of his pals Shaggy, Velma, Daphne and Fred, as they solve mysteries and embark on exciting adventures.
On Pup Named Scooby-Doo: The Complete First Season, the gang encounters all sorts of spooks and monsters including a Cheese Monster, a Headless Skateboarder and even the ghost of mobster, Al Kabone. Their mysteries take them to the creepiest of destinations, including a spine-chilling mountain ski resort, a spooky Indian burial ground and even a haunted comic book convention. Episodes include A Bicycle Built for Boo!, The Sludge Monster from the Earth’s Core, Wanted Cheddar Alive, Snow Place Like Home, Scooby Dude, Robopup and several others.
