www.Reeltime.com has announced that they have licensed the Enoki films library for online distribution. Enoki owns such titles as Kare Kano, El Hazard: The Wanderers and Revolutionary Girl Utena, among others. ReelTime’s deal currently only covers the United States of America and is only useable on the latest Windows platform through Internet Explorer or Firefox. ReelTime will be renting out streams of the shows in 24 hour time blocks in what they call DVD-level quality. They have not announced a price point yet.

Update (5/29): Michael Gersh, Vice-President of ReelTime, has informed us that their license includes not only the United States, but actually the entire world outside of Japan. Toon Zone News apologizes for the error.
