Marjane Satrapi Talks "Persepolis" at Cannes Film Festival

Author and graphic novelist Marjane Satrapi has been interviewed by the International Herald Tribune at the Cannes Film Festival, where the animated version of her memoir Persepolis opened to good reviews recently. The graphic novel and animated movie cover Satrapi’s girlhood in Iran during the years of the Islamic Revolution and the Iran-Iraq War.
