"Prince Valiant" Rides to DVD on the Fourth of July

Tvshowsondvd.com has announced that the Family Channel cartoon The Legend of Prince Valiant will be on DVD on July 4 from BCI Eclipse. The first volume contains the first 33 of the 65 episodes on five DVDs and features the voices of Robby Benson, Alan Oppenheimer (He-Man), and Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. (Batman: The Animated Series).

Prince Valiant is the first toon from the legendary Hearst Library (Owners of King Features Syndicate which also publishes Flash Gordon, Beetle Bailey, and The Phantom) that BCI acquired for DVD releases.

The box set will be available for $29.98 SRP.
