"Little Einsteins" Presents "How We Became The Little Einsteins: The True Story"
“How We Became the Little Einsteins: The True Story,” a new episode from Disney Channel’s Little Einsteins, will premiere in a special prime-time presentation Sunday, January 8 (7:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.
“How We Became the Little Einsteins: The True Story” highlights the series’ four music-loving young protagonists, Leo, Annie, Quincy and June, on the day that they meet Rocket, who has grown from a tiny toy into a full-sized flying machine. The versatile “Swiss Army Ship” flies into the kids’ backyard, and soon they embark on their first mission: a ’round the globe adventure to help Rocket find a home. During their journey, the kids learn how to power Rocket through the air by patting to the beat, louder and softer, slower and faster, accompanied by Antonin Dvorak’s “Symphony Number 9 in E Minor, The New World.” They fly over exotic locations including Istanbul, Mt. Everest, and the canals of Venice (with images inspired by John Singer Sargent’s water colors) and are introduced to musical terms and an “ocean of instruments.” But there’s no place like home, and back in their backyard, the kids realize Rocket would like to live there too. Using his special tools — a blazer laser and hammer whammer, among others — Rocket creates an underground space for himself, and the pals all decide to go on many missions in the future.
