Comics Previews for December 9: Street Fighter II, GLX-Mas Special

Several previews for comic books have been released throughout the web.

The first two issues of the new book, which crosses police drama with X-Files type paranormal phenomena, are on stands now, and issue #3 is due later this month.

– Mile High Comics has previews Marvel Comics’ X-Men the 198 Files, including Captain Atom: Armageddon #3 (DC/Wildstorm) by Will Pfeifer, Giuseppe Camuncoli, and Sandra Hope; and and the GLX-Mas Special #1 (Marvel) by Dan Slott and various artists.

– Buzzscope.com has an 11-page preview of Supermarket #1, including Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane #1 by Sean McKeever and Takeshi Miyazawa and the Young Avengers Special #1 by Allan Heinberg (The O.C.) and Jim Cheung.

AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE
– Comicon.com’s PULSE News an 11-page preview of Supermarket #1, which is meant to be an inside look at the database of a mutant-hunting Sentinel robot. The book is compiled by Eric J. Moreels and Marc Oliver-Frisch, and will be available in January.

– Newsarama.com has an 11-page preview of Supermarket #1 by Brian Wood and Kristian Donaldson and coming from IDW in February. The comic deals with a young girl who is thrown headlong into crime and commerce in the wake of her parents’ murder. The book is recommended for mature audiences.
