Comics Previews for November 18: Hero Squared, Spider-Man/Black Cat, She-Hulk

The following comics previews are available on the web:

– Buzzscope.com has 8-page preview of Keith Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis, and Joe Abraham’s Hero Squared #3.

– Newsarama.com hosts an interview with Giffen and DeMatteis. An interview with Giffen and DeMatteis contains several more preview pages and covers for their upcoming mini-series Planetary Brigade. Both comics are published by Boom! Studios, with Hero Squared #3 on stands now and Planetary Brigade #1 is available for pre-order.

– Comicon.com’s PULSE News has a six page preview of Spider-Man/Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do #4. Newsarama.com has previews of several Image Comics by Kevin Smith and Terry and Rachel Dodson. Both books are published by Marvel Comics and are available at comic shops now.

– Comic Book Resources.com has a feature article and preview for TokyoPop’s Psy-Comm, including PvP #20 and Amazing Joy Buzzards 2 #2. It also has a feature article and preview for TokyoPop’s Psy-Comm by Tony Salvaggio, Jason Henderson, and Shane Granger. All books are available now.

– Several pages of Buzzscope.com are available at Comicon.com’s PULSE News. The book by Shannon Wheeler is available now.

– Previews of comics scheduled for release on November 23, 2005 are available at Mile High Comics and She-Hulk #2. Highlights include a preview of Invincible #5 by Dan Slott and Juan Bobillo (Marvel) and several pages from Samurai: Heaven and Earth #5 by Robert Kirkman and Ryan Ottley.

– An interview with writer Ron Marz is accompanied by five-page preview of Marvel’s Daughters of the Dragon #1. The much-delayed comic by Marz and Luke Ross is due out on December 7, and pits a lone samurai against French musketeers in the 1700’s.

– A The Portent gets a feature article and several preview pages is available at Newsarama.com. Written by Justin Gray and Jimmy Palmiotti and drawn by Khari Evans, the 5-issue mini-series focusing on a lethal pair of bounty hunters is set to debut in January.

The Portent gets a feature article and several preview pages at Comic Book Resources.com. The book, which melds Norse and East Asian mythology for a swords-and-sorcery fantasy story, was created by Peter Bergting and is to be published by Image Comics starting in February 2006.
