Throughout the month of February, Disney Channel will feature special short form programming on Black History Month and Black pioneers, with facts and anecdotes presented by Wade of Kim Possible (voiced by actor Tahj Mowry).
Every Friday throughout the month of February Disney Channel presents a new episode of its newest animated series American Dragon: Jake Long (5:00 pm, ET/PT) including an episode guest starring Grammy Award-winning recording artist Macy Gray, where Jake takes the role of Antony to play opposite Rose’s Cleopatra in a school play. Macy Gray plays the role of the drama teacher Miss Jenkins in this episode premiering Friday, February 11. In another new episode, Wendie Malick (“Just Shoot Me!”) guest stars as the voice of Jake’s visiting Aunt Patchouli who is scheduled to arrive just as Jake must help hide Stan, a giant troll. The episode premieres Friday, February 18. Stan is voiced by actor Stephen Tobolowsky.
Lilo’s hurry to grow up is immediately satisfied when Skip aka Experiment 089 arrives and ages her up to a 17-year-old and then a 27-year-old. Lilo soon realizes she wants to be age 7 again and must figure out how to “reset” herself in an all-new episode of Lilo and Stitch: The Series airing Friday, February 11 (4:00 pm, ET/PT).
After a That’s So Raven marathon, Disney Channel will premiere the animated blockbuster Aladdin (Friday, February 14, 8:00 pm, with an encore airing at 9:45 pm, ET/PT).
“Screamin’ Friday,” a monster sized marathon with new episodes of American Dragon: Jake Long and That’s So Raven, plus the premiere of the box office hit Monsters, Inc. on Friday, February 18 (4:00-10:00 pm, ET/PT).
School’s out, TV’s on and Disney Channel presents a First Ladies of Disney Channel marathon featuring a full day of girl-power shows with back-to-back episodes of Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, Lizzie McGuire, Kim Possible and That’s So Raven, plus a special airing of The Princess Diaries starring Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews (2:00 pm with an encore at 8:00 pm ET/PT) on President’s Day, Monday, Februrary 21 (2:00-10 pm, ET/PT).
